En tant que signataire, le N\u00e9pal a incorpor\u00e9 les dispositions de la CDE dans la loi de 1992 sur les enfants en tant que cadre juridique national. Cependant, malgr\u00e9 l&#8217;existence de droits, les enfants au N\u00e9pal souffrent toujours de la pauvret\u00e9, du sans-abrisme, de maladies \u00e9vitables, d&#8217;un acc\u00e8s in\u00e9gal \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9ducation et de nombreux autres maux.
