Its work is built on <b>close cooperation with the country\u2019s institutions<\/b>, including the Ministry of Local Government, Nyamagabe District, the sectors of Nyagisozi and Kibaga, as well as District<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"ec-tab-content-5691\" class=\"ec-tab-content\" data-tab=\"1\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>A place of well-being, learning and dignity<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">At the heart of Nyamagabe District, in the Nyagisozi sector, lies the Family Care Center (FCC): a place of care and protection that welcomes 110 to 130 children every day, with a maximum capacity of 150.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The centre provides a structured and caring environment where every child can learn, receive healthcare, express themselves and rebuild their self-confidence.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The services provided by the centre include:<br \/>&#8211; balanced meals and a daily snack<br \/>&#8211; educational support, literacy and tutoring<br \/>&#8211; sports, artistic and educational activities<br \/>&#8211; health monitoring and psychological support<br \/>&#8211; hygiene and life-skills education<br \/>&#8211; parenting sessions and monthly meetings with families<br \/>&#8211; emergency support for the most vulnerable households.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Every month, the FCC also provides close health monitoring. In 2025, 39 children received care for various medical conditions, with each case receiving personalised support and a home visit.<\/p><p>Every child is unique. Their opinions, ideas and initiatives help shape the evolution of our programmes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ec-at-item \">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div \/>&#8211; provided basic medical assistance and referrals to healthcare facilities<br \/>&#8211; supported more than 500 children in enrolling in the national Community-Based Health Insurance scheme<br \/>&#8211; organised hygiene and prevention campaigns in schools and villages<br \/>&#8211; improved access to drinking water and sanitation facilities.<\/p><p>These concrete actions reflect
